Commission Info

♡ Thank you for your interest to place a commission with me. Please read the following carefully before contacting me.

♡ PRICES ♡

  • Any additional character(s) is 50% of the original base price (max 3 characters)

  • If your commissioned piece has more than one character or any additional items (books, swords, cups, etc) the original price may be increased

  • Base Color has the option to include lineart

  • Any effects (lightning, fire, water, magic, smoke) requested to put in the commissioned piece will require a small fee

  • If you cannot provide reference for the character (meaning you only have a text description), an additional +3 USD will be added to the price

  • Commissioned art will be charged DOUBLE the original price for COMMERCIAL use

  • I DON'T draw environments! I only draw simple to light colored backgrounds for the drawings

Terms of Service

  • Commissions are for personal use only. They shouldn't be used for commercial purposes.

  • I reserve the right to post your commissioned work with me and use it in my portfolio

  • I am allowed to DECLINE any commission I am uncomfortable with, or feel it doesn't suit my style of drawing

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • Commissions take from 1-2 weeks to about a month to complete based on the complexity of your commission, along with your number on the waitlist

  • Commissioned art will be charged double the original price for commercial use

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

Process/Revisions

  • For sketches: 1) I will make a rough sketch 2) I will check in with you to see if I can continue 3) I will begin to refine the sketch and make any last minute revisions 4) Sketching is done and I will be starting on color

  • You get 3 rounds of changes in the sketch process on the commissioned piece included in the price.

  • A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made

  • PLEASE provide as many REFERENCES of the characters/items you want me to draw. Having at least 3 references will really smooth out the process

  • If your reference is unclear, I will ask you to send me another reference photo or I won't be starting the sketch

  • Before I begin coloring, I will ask you for any last minute and final changes. Once I complete the refining, changes can not be made after THIS POINT. Complex revisions will cost an extra small fee

Payment

  • Payment should be made through PayPal and Venmo only (USD)

  • You must **pay 50% of the payment ** before I start the commission. Once the sketching and revision process has been complete the other 50% MUST BE PAID

  • Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

  • I will not start on the lineart/coloring process until the other 50% has been paid

  • Once I begin working on the sketch, no refunds are allowed!

Refunds/Cancellations

  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund

  • If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

What do you get?

  • Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work

  • Insight and involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece)

  • Full-resolution file of final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. Final file formats are usually PNG
